What is the typical duration of a trivia night?

A typical trivia night runs for about 3 hours, including 4-6 rounds of trivia, fundraising games, and breaks. This duration allows for a balanced mix of activities and engagement without overwhelming the participants.

We bring everything needed for running the trivia & games but. you need to supply:

  • Prizes for the winning team
  • 3 Prizes to be used as incentives for fundraising games (if applicable)
  • A trestle table (or similar) & chair
  • Access to a standard 240v power outlet
  • A parking space as close to the venue door as possible.

The types of prizes you provide is entirely up to you, but here are some handy guidelines…

For the Winning Table

Make sure you have something that can be easily divided between the team. Typically this could be:

  • Bottles of wine
  • Chocolates
  • Vouchers or similar.

For the Fundraising Games

Generally we need 3 fundraising incentive prizes. They do not need to be expensive (but they can be!). Examples include:

  • Wine or spirits
  • Chocolates
  • Vouchers

Other Prizes

Sometimes organisers like to provide a joke prize for the losing team. Examples of prizes for each team member might be:

  • A roll of toilet paper
  • A wooden spoon

I will MC the evening, making all necessary housekeeping and thank-you announcements.

I can also call the live auction, raffle, and spruik the silent auction if required.
